How does booking work for a destination wedding?
Inquiries are submitted through the form below, and a tailored quote follows shortly after — with travel and accommodation priced for the specific venue and dates. Bookings are confirmed by 50% deposit via PayPal, with the balance due on the day of service. Until the deposit is received, the date remains open to other inquiries on a first-deposit basis — peak summer dates at popular venues book out first, so locking the date early is recommended. If a wedding planner is coordinating logistics, direct communication is welcome.
Is there a trial, and when does it happen?
Yes. The trial is the evening before the wedding, on location at the venue or the accommodation — one session for hair, one for makeup, with notes taken on products, timing, and any adjustments for the day. The trial is part of the bridal package, not a separate booking. For brides arriving on the wedding day itself, a remote consultation by video call ahead of the wedding can replace the in-person trial, with a shorter on-the-day rehearsal worked into the morning call.
Will the look hold from the ceremony through the reception?
Yes — the work is built for camera and for the full arc of the day. Long-wear bases, set finishes, and lashes that hold without retouching are the standard. A small touch-up kit is left with the bride or the maid of honour, with the lip and a setting product matched to the day's look. For weddings with a long gap between ceremony and reception, or for a deliberate change of look for the evening, a second on-location session can be booked as full day coverage.
Can the bridal party be included — mother, sister, maid of honour?
Yes, up to two additional guests alongside the bride — mother of the bride, sister, maid of honour. Each guest is handled one-to-one, with the same kit and the same care, sequenced into the wedding morning around the bride's call time. Two guests is the cap: destination weddings run on tight morning windows, and one-to-one work is what protects the quality of the bride's look. Larger bridal parties — full bridesmaids' lineups or multi-side family groups — aren't covered by this booking, and a local team booked by the planner is the right answer for those.
How are travel and accommodation handled?
Destination weddings carry a single travel and accommodation line on the quote, calculated per booking against real travel prices for the dates — flights or train, one or more nights near the venue, and local transport. For weddings where the planner or the couple is arranging accommodation directly, the relevant components are removed from the quote — confirm what's included before the quote is issued. The travel figure is tied to prices at quote time; if the quote expires before the deposit is received, it is recalculated against current travel prices.
What does pricing look like for a wedding?
The bridal package is €1,200 and covers the trial the evening before and hair and makeup on the wedding day, both on location. Additional bridal party members are €400 each (up to two), with a group adjustment applied when more than one person is being prepared. An evening restyle for first dances and the reception is offered as full day coverage at €600. Travel and accommodation are quoted separately, as a single line on the proposal — priced for the specific venue and dates.
